Recently acquiring an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Certification and combining 20 years of Professional Culinary services to private clients, we can work together to identify and focus on your concerns.  My past and current experience has led me to work with several dietary regimens.  And together we create an awareness and move toward all your nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness goals.  Good Health is an Inside Job.

20 years Experience as a Private Culinary Chef

Well versed in many dietary regimens. My goal is to inspire you to get back into the kitchen and give you the resources to cook nutrient dense meals that taste good and serve you and your family well.  To educate you on food labels and harmful ingredients.  To have fun in the kitchen and embrace the benefits of how it feels to properly nourish yourself.  I like to think of quality not quantity and prepare meals that are created with whole foods and ingredients.  Prevention before prescription, when possible, is my motto.  I have studied the important roles of Primary and Secondary foods, and how it is more than what is on our plate.  If we choose to work together, upon completing a confidential health history, we can identify what works for your individual concerns and together create a plan that mirrors your ideal health, lifestyle, and wellness goals.  Further down the road we can uncover a deeper understanding for the choices you make and how to make lasting changes that work for you.
